Stainless Steel Jelly Roll Pan

A stainless steel jelly roll pan with aluminum surface is better for cooking and baking than a pure steel pan. This makes the steel pan more consistent. So don’t mind paying a high price for such a steel pan and buy one that is suitable. For cooking purpose, buy a pure stainless steel pan otherwise go for the one with a combination of steel and copper or aluminum.

Make sure you clean it the right way when you buy these steel pans with non sticky surface, because too much force can take out the surface and damage the steel pan’s surface thus burning the heat as it will not be able to bear the hot temperature and will not be fit for baking purpose.

With daily usage, hand-washing your stainless steel jelly roll pan in hot, soapy water and drying it thoroughly with a soft cloth before storing away is recommended. Many experts feel that the detergents may have a negative effect on stainless steel jelly roll pan over time. If you decide to use the dishwasher, it is recommended that you remove your cookware after the wash cycle and dry by hand to avoid water spots.
